THE BRIEF

BT Wholesale occupies heritage offices in the centre of London, full of history but not conducive to showing BT off as the leading global communications technology brand.

Arcstream AV and partner agency, Collider, were briefed to create a futuristic sales suite for each division of BT Wholesale to use to impress business partners.

THE RESULTS

They designed and produced an interactive solution that combines the latest in object identification tables with large format display, light years ahead of what the company had been using before.

Each sales person in BT can create content from their desks and upload it directly into the system. Every division now has their own bespoke interactive sales presentation personalised to each visitor that is far more impactful and engaging.

Arcsteam AV, along with Collider, designed, produced, installed and now maintain every element of the suite.

Object identification enables users to interact with the touch-screen table to focus on specific product areas and with a simple hand gesture ‘throw’ multimedia content up on to the large wall display to explore further.

The whole room has a space-age feel with doors, that when touched, change from opaque to transparent.

Senior staff at BT Wholesale have been very impressed with the experience that has been created and extremely pleased with the impact it is having on clients.
